What is PreLoved?

PreLoved is our initiative that involves collecting and selling Newbie garments from customers that have been outgrown or lost their sparkle. By doing so, we enable these treasures new life and love in another family.

Where can I trade in my outgrown garments?

Trade in your outgrown Newbie children's wear in one of our stores, allowing someone else to love it anew. Items must be clean, stain-free and freshly laundered. We assess all clothing according to various criteria based on the type of item. In exchange you will receive a store credit for a percentage reduction on your next purchase. The percentage is based on the pre-set store credit levels below.

What do I get in return?

By bringing your PreLoved Newbie garments to one of our stores, you will receive a store credit for a percentage reduction on your next purchase. The percentage is based on the pre-set store credit levels below:

1. Accessories 10%
2. Baby & Kids clothing 20%
3. Children's Outerwear 30%

Please note that we do not accept Newbie women's wear, underwear or Newbie Room products. PreLoved purchases are non-returnable.
