TITLE: What Is Your Return Policy?
TEXT: We hope that you will be satisfied with your order, but in case you have a change of heart, we have a 30-day return policy starting from the date of receipt. If you return a product to our online shop, please note that there is no possibility to exchange it for another size or item. In this case, you may place a new order. Our Newbie Store teams cannot process a refund for online orders. For further details about our return policy, please read more here.

TITLE: If My Items Are Not Suitable, Can I Return Them in Store?
TEXT: You can only return items purchased online to a store for an exchange only. Please bring your receipt with you, and our Newbie Store teams will be happy to assist you with the exchange. Our Newbie Store teams cannot process refunds for online orders. If you would like a refund, you will need to follow the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy. Please note that you cannot exchange Online Exclusive products in stores, such as wallpapers, homewares, women's clothes, etc.

TEXT: The refund will be made through the payment option you chose, provided that nothing else is agreed or there is a barrier to such refund. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

TITLE: When Will I Be Refunded?
TEXT: We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, and we will notify you by email once your return has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your chosen payment method within 3-5 working days. If you paid with the Klarna payment method, you can register your return in the Klarna app and pause your invoice until Newbie has received your return items. During busy periods, this process may take up to 14 days from when we receive the goods. If you believe your return has been missed, please contact us [here](insert contact link).

TITLE: Do I Need to Pay for My Return?
TEXT: Returns are free of charge when you use our prepaid return label within the 30-day return policy, which starts from the date of receipt. Please note that when returning the whole or parts of the order, the delivery cost will not be refunded. This includes the shipping cost, which is non-refundable for all orders.

If you paid with the Klarna payment method, you can register your return in the Klarna app and pause your invoice until Newbie has received your return items.

To use the prepaid return label, please log in to Royal Mail's portal here and print it out. If you don't have a printer, you can bring the QR code to a Royal Mail Customer Service point or a Post Office branch, and they will assist you by scanning the QR code and printing the labels for you. Alternatively, you can book a collection where no return label is needed. For more information on how to do this, please read here.
