TITLE: What is your return policy?
TEXT: We at newbie store hope that you as a customer will always be satisfied with what you order, but in case you have a change of heart we have a 30 day return policy, starting from the date of receipt. If you send back a product to our online shop, there is no possibility to change to another size or item. You may then add a new order. Our Newbiestore teams cannot process a refund against online orders. Read more about our return policy here.

TITLE: If my items are not suitable can I return them in store
TEXT: You can only return items purchased online to store for an exchange only.
Please take your receipt with you and our newbie store teams will be happy to help you with your exchange. Our newbie store teams cannot process a refund against online orders. If you would like a refund, you will need to return the goods (see the information for our Return Policy.)
Please note that you can't exchange Online Exclusive products in stores, such as Wallpapers, Homewares, Women's clothes etc.

TITLE: How will I be refunded?
TEXT: The refund will be made through the payment option you chose, provided that nothing else is agreed or there is a barrier to such refund. When returning part of order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

TITLE: When will I be refunded?
TEXT: We try to process returns as quickly as possible and we will notify you by email once your return has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 3-5 working days. If you paid with Klarna payment method, you can registered your return in Klarna app and pause your invoice until Newbie has received your return items.
During busy periods this could take up to 14 days from when we receive the goods.

TITLE: Do I need to pay for my return?
TEXT: Return is free of charge when you use our prepaid return label within 30 day return policy, starting from the date of receipt. If you paid with Klarna payment method, you can registered your return in Klarna app and pause your invoice until Newbie has received your return items.
If you want to use the prepaid return label you need to log in to Royal mails portal here and print it out. If you don't have a printer, please bring the QR code to a Royal Mail Customer Service point or a Post Office branch and they will help you further by scanning the QR code and print the labels for you. You can also book a collection where no return label is needed. For more information on how to do this please read here.
