Newbie garments have always been passed from one family to another, cherished, cared for and loved again. Long before PreLoved became a service, it was already part of our community. With Newbie PreLoved, we make it easy for you to both shop and give PreLoved garments a new life.
What is PreLoved?
PreLoved is our initiative for collecting and reselling outgrown Newbie garments. By extending the life of each piece, we help cherished favourites continue their journey with another family.
Where can I trade in my Newbie garments?
Trade in your outgrown Newbie clothing at one of our London stores, allowing someone else to love it anew. Items must be clean, freshly laundered and free from stains. Please note that we do not accept Newbie womenswear, underwear or Newbie Room products. We assess all clothing according to various criteria based on the type of item. In exchange, you will receive a reward, which can be used towards your next store purchase.
Recieve a reward in return
By bringing your PreLoved Newbie garments to one of our selected stores, you will receive a reward for a percentage reduction on your next purchase. The reward percentages are based on the categories below:
- Accessories 10%
- Baby & Kids clothing 20%
- Children's Outerwear 30%
The discount can only be redeemed in all our Newbie stores across the UK, and is not valid online. Please note that the code cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including sale items. Purchases made through PreLoved are non-returnable.
