How to Return an Item Online

We at Newbie store hope that you, as a customer, will always be satisfied with what you order. However, in case you have a change of heart, we have a 30-day return policy starting from the day you received your receipt from us.

If you wish to send back a product to our online shop, please note that there is no possibility to exchange it for other sizes or items. In such cases, you will need to place a new order. To return unwanted items purchased at newbiestore.com, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Ensure that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please do not remove the hygiene strip on underwear and bathing suits.
  2. All goods being returned must be packed in a bag or carton. If possible, please use the original packaging.
  3. Sending items back is free of charge when using our prepaid return label. To use the prepaid return label, you need to log in to Royal Mail's portal here and print it out. If you do not have a printer, please take the QR code to a Royal Mail Customer Service point or a Post Office branch, and they will assist you by scanning the QR code and printing the labels for you. Alternatively, you can book a collection where no return label is needed. For more information on how to do this, please read here.
  4. If you prefer not to use the portal, you can always go to your local post office, but in that case, you will need to pay for the return shipping yourself. Send your return to the following address:

    Do not forget to enclose the filled-out return form when returning any items.

Returned items MUST BE in the same condition as received, complete with tags. Items showing additional wear, damage, stains, holes, wash, or perfume odor will be rejected and returned to you. At Newbie, we ensure each order is inspected before shipping. In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect items, please notify Newbie Customer Service within 5 days.

To assist you, we will need the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product/item number (found on the swing tag or washing label)
  • Photo(s) of the fault.

Please email this information to our Customer Service team at customercare@newbiestore.com, and we'll assist you promptly. If no contact is made, unfortunately, your item won't be approved by Return&Reclaim department and will be returned to you.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us. We strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return it.

Which Items Can I Return?

Full Priced Items

You can return any full-priced items purchased within 30 days for a full refund, starting from the day you received your receipt from us. This applies to online orders returned to our online team. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags. Any item which does not meet this requirement will be returned to the purchaser.

Sale Items

You can return any sale items purchased within 14 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. This also applies to online orders returned to our online team. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags. If you have a faulty item, please contact Customer Service.

How Much Will I Be Refunded?

You will be refunded the full price that you paid for the items you bought. The refund will be issued using the payment option you originally chose, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon or there are barriers to such a refund. Please note that any shipping charges are non refundable.

How Long Does it Take to Process My Return?

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible and will notify you by email with a confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that during busy periods, this could take up to 14 days from the date we receive the goods.

If you require an update on your return or think it's been overlooked, please contact us with your order number and Royal Mail tracking number. For any other questions or assistance regarding your return, please contact our Customer Service. Make sure that you include your order number in all correspondence.

Can I Return an Item to One of Your Stores?

You can only return items purchased online in-store for an EXCHANGE ONLY. Please bring your delivery note and receipt with you, and our Newbiestore teams will be happy to assist you with the exchange. Our Newbiestore teams cannot process a refund for online orders. If you would like a refund, please refer to the section on "How to return an item online" and obtain your free return label here. Please note that you cannot exchange Online Exclusive products in stores.
