How to Measure

If you don’t have a measuring stick, you can use a sheet of paper. Let your child stand with their heels against a wall and place the paper on the floor. Make a mark in front of the longest toe and then measure the line with a ruler. It’s best to measure when your child is standing — small feet can gain a few millimetres with body weight.

Add a little extra room in the shoe to allow the feet to grow. How much depends on the model:

Open sandals – 10–15 mm
Walking shoes – 10–15 mm
